Vayelech - 2022

Chevre, this week’s parsha is וַיֵּלֶךְ (Vayelech). The parsha this week is super short (70 pasukim or sentences). Here we have Moshe leaving Am Yisrael. As someone working in tech for more than a year (ok, closer to 30 now), changing teams and people coming and going is normal. I think working in the cloud world this is even more so. As part of the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) learning that I’ve been doing, I have an article that was shared with me this week about dealing with change [1]. I haven’t read it yet, but I’m looking forward to diving in over Shabbat. As we go into Shabbat Teshuvah (between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur), this is a good time to reflect and consider how we are as a co-worker, friend, family member and how we can engage with those around us in a positive way each day. Shabbat Shalom, Shanah Tovah, Gemar Chatimah Tovah.
