Shlomo Dubrowin

Has been working with and in technology since his childhood. Starting with a Radio Shack TRS 80 Color Computer 2 running basic and a cassette tape for storage. He graduated later to an IBM Clone XT computer and then a 486.

Shlomo went to Roger Williams University (RWU) in Bristol, RI majoring in Computer Information Systems. Upon graduation, he worked for BBN (Bolt Baranek and Newman) / GTE-Internworking / Genuity in the greater Boston area. In 2002, Shlomo went to the World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS) in Arad, Israel. Made Aliyah in Oct 2002 and spent several years at The Bat Ayin Yeshivah. After marrying, Shlomo went back to work for companies like IDT, NDS / Cisco and AWS.

Throughout his career Shlomo has worked on Linux, networking systems, VOIP systems, Satellite/Cable encryption systems and the cloud. He favors bash scripting and loves to automate processes making his life easier.

Currently, Shlomo is a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) at AWS.
