Chevre, this week’s parsha is Matot-Masei (מטות-מסעי). I heard an interesting Dvar Torah this morning that I’m going to build on. My wife’s uncle started sharing videos by Noam Jacobson (https://www.youtube.com/@Noam.jacobson) which I really like (for those that need, he also has versions with English Subtitles). Today, he brought the idea that all the travels are recorded in the Torah because in addition to the destination, the journey is also important.

In Amazonian terms, there could be a contradiction (steera) between Delivery Results and Earn Trust. Deliver Results is very much focussed on the end goal. What happened in the end. But, according to this week’s parsha, the journey is important. And it’s that journey that we take with our customers hand-in-hand that helps us Earn Trust. So while the results are important, it’s important to remember both of them. And the journey may out-weigh the results.
