Chevre, we are currently ending Sukkot and tonight will enter Simchat Torah. Just as our hostages this morning came out of the field out of captivity into the joyous embrace of their families, Am Yisrael will come out of their Sukkot, back into their homes and celebrate with joy, Simchat Torah, the re-starting of the Torah. This morning I was davening in the same shul that I was in on Simchat Torah 2 years ago. So much has happened and changed. The country has suffered great losses and great joys, together. I hope and pray that we will continue together in joy and good things together and that the horrors of the events that started the war are behind us. And while there are some families in joy there are many others is pain. And I embrace both sides and understand the split feelings of both sides. May we have more days ahead of joy and fewer of pain. Am Yisrael Chai. Chag Sameach.
