Chevre, this week’s parsha is Yitro (יִתְר֨וֹ). The most important section of this week’s parsha is the giving of the Torah, represented by the 10 Commandments.

• I am the cloud that created the concept, you shall have no other but me
• You shall not try to copy the first cloud, you won’t be able to do it
• You shall not use more than 1 cloud per workload
• You shall keep your feedback positive and constructive
• You shall automate your workloads including scaling (both up and down) and backups so you can keep operating and keep it holy
• Honor your SA and your TAM
• Thou shalt kill your cloud resources when you are done with them, preferably with automation
• Thou shalt utilize multiple accounts to reduce blast radius
• Thou shalt learn from your neighbor’s mistakes and victories
• Thou shalt open support cases with all needed information, logs, explanations and ensure contact information is correct and monitored for responses
• Thou shalt not go around your Account Team
