Thinking about a Clouded Torah

Chevre, this week the parsha is BeHar-BeHukotai (בהר-בחוקתי). This week we complete the book of Vayikra. Towards the end of the parsha we learn about tithes from the land and tithes regarding animals. And the parsha states “All tithes from the land, whether seed from the ground or fruit from the tree, are HaShem’s; they are holy to HaShem” and “All tithes of the herd or flock - of all that passes under the shepherd’s staff, every tenth one - shall be holy to HaShem”.
