Terumah - 2025

Chevre, this week’s parsha is Terumah (תרומה). This parsha starts a series of parshiot about the architecture, building and utensils of the Mishkan. Nechema Leibowitz has a theory and discussion about the Mishkan being a portable Har Sinai. This was important because Har Sinai is not supposed to have any significance of itself, only that is where G-d spoke to the Bnei Yisrael. And that is also why Har Sinai is hidden, we don’t know where it is.
