Chevre, this week’s parsha is מִקֵּץ (Miketz). In this week’s parsha we have Pharoah’s dreams that can’t be interpreted. His cup bearer remembers Yosef, who is still in jail, and he is summoned. Yosef is able to interpret Pharoah’s dreams and Pharoah puts him in charge of the operation of saving food for the lean years. This is truly a rags, from prison, to riches, running Egypt the Super Power of the time.
