Chevre, this week’s parsha is Ki Tetze (כי תצא). This week’s parsha is chock full of mitzvot. One thing that stood out to me this week is the idea that if a person is condemned to hang, they should not remain overnight on the gallows. There is a speed and a push within Judaism to burial the dead speedily. This can get delayed for legal reasons or for a police investigation, but in general, there is a speed to which folks are buried.
