VaYechi - 2018

Chevra, this week’s parsha is VaYechi. In this week’s parsha we have the end of the life of Yaakov, the blessings he gives to his sons, his burial and the end of the life of Yosef. There is a blessing that parents often say with their children when they are going to bed: לְאָךְ הַגֹּאֵל אֹתִי מִכָּל־רָע יְבָרֵךְ אֶת־הַנְּעָרִים וְיִקָּרֵא בָהֶם שְׁמִי וְשֵׁם אֲבֹתַי אַבְרָהָם וְיִצְחָק וְיִדְגּוּ לָרֹב בְּקֶרֶב הָאָרֶץ
