Chevra, this week’s parsha is Yitro. The main focus of this week’s parsha is the preparation and receiving of the Torah represented by the 10 Commandments. Before that, however, there is advice from Yitro to Moshe (Yitro is Moshe’s Father-in-law). The first piece of advice is about leadership. Yitro is pushing Moshe to Think Big and not take on all responsibilities. If there is a big legal case, then Moshe would need be Are Right a Lot and all of this is to Deliver Results in a scalable way.
