Chevra this week’s parsha is Va’Eira. The bulk of the parsha is taken up with 7 of the 10 plagues. Yesterday at a customer’s site I saw a t-shirt that read: “Science is Magic that works”. It took a lot for HaShem to convince Paroah to let the Bnei Yisrael leave Egypt. To the Egyptians a lot of the things that were happening looked like Magic, but I’ve seen lots of documented discussions about how some of the plagues may have been possible.
