Chevra, this week’s parsha is Vayera (וַיֵּרָא). There are more stories this week about activities that I would consider bad or evil. Up until recently, I could not imagine that these could still happen today. We read the Torah every year to keep fresh that, unfortunately, evil still does exist in the world and it takes a nation to fight that evil. The parsha starts with 3 “men” visiting Avraham while he’s “sick” or recovering from his circumsision.
