Vayigash - 2023

Chevre, this week’s parsha is Vayigash (וַיִּגַשׁ). We continue where we left off last week. Yosef, as the Egyptian Prime Minister, has accused Binyanim of theft and says he’ll go to jail. Judah, the one who sold Yosef into slavery and who also promised his father Binyamin would come home, steps up with a speach. He mentions a few key points. First, that Yosef caused some of this when he demanded that Binyamin be brought down.
