Chevre, this week’s parsha (in Israel) is קֹרַח (Korach). There were 2 rebellions that coincided. There was the rebellion by Korach and the one by Datan and Aviram. While it is appropriate and proper to question authority in a democracy, there is a time and a place when this is appropriate. Doing a vocal opposition and nitpicking when everyone is in the dessert is not the right time. In technology, there are times to review your architecture and times when it’s working well and you need to build new features.
