Pesach - 2023

Chevre, tonight is פֶּסַח (Pesach/Passover). For most of the Jewish world, we’ve spent some amount of time over the past few days (or some cases weeks) preparing the house for Pesach. We clean and rekasher the kitchen, flip over from the chametz dishes, pots and pans, etc to what we use on Pesach. At the Seder, we are supposed to feel as if we were slaves and leaving slavery to freedom.
