VaEtchanan - 2022

Chevre, this week’s parsha is וָאֶתְחַנַן (VaEtchanan). This week we have a double wammy with the repetition of the 10 Commandments followed by the first paragraph of The Shema. In the introduction to the 10 commandments HaShem gives the reason we should follow him, he took us out of Egypt. Egypt in Hebrew is מצרים which means the narrow place. So HaShem took us out of the on-prem data center, the narrow place, to the cloud.
