Kedoshim - 2022

Chevre, this week’s parsha in Israel is קְדֹשִׁים (Kedoshim). קְדֹשִׁ֣ים תִּהְי֑וּ כִּ֣י קָד֔וֹשׁ אֲנִ֖י ה“ אֱלֹקיכֶֽם “You shall be holy, for holy am I, HaShem your God.“ In the parsha we have a list of things that should or should not be done to make us holy. Honest business dealings, loving (brotherly) your neighbor, not mixing diverse species, moral correctness in times of war, honest weights and measures, eating only kosher or clean animals.
