Yitro - 2022

Chevre, this week’s parsha is יִתְרוֹ (Yitro). Yitro is Moshe’s father-in-law. He shows up in this week’s parsha as the TAM. He goes to Moshe and tells him, you have a scaling problem. Let’s talk about some best practices so you can scale better. Moshe implements the recommendation and everyone’s lives are better. Instead of Moshe taking on all the cases of the people of Israel, he now has setup a hierarchy where he only has to adjudicate the hardest problems.
