Rosh Hashanah - 2020

Chevre, there is no parsha this week. Instead this Shabbat is completely dedicated to Rosh Hashanah. There is a prayer we say during Selichot and in the Machzor (at least in Ashkenazi) called שמע קולינו (Hear our Voice). There is a line that states: “השיבינו ה׳ אליך חדש ימינו כקדם” Lead us back to you Hashem and we shall find the way back, renew our days as of old. Renew our days of old when we could hug each other without fear of dying.
