Vayishlach - 2020

Chevre, this week’s parsha is וַיִּשְׁלַח (Vayishlach). As you may know, on Shabbat afternoon, we start to read the next parsha. Last week there was a discussion about how to read 1 word. It wasn’t the actual pronouncement of the word, but about the laining, the sing-song reading of the word. There were 2 variations, one had a happier tune and one had a dower (less happy) tune. The word is קטנתי and in this context it talks about how small Yaakov was or felt in relation to Hashem.
