Vayikra - 2020

Chevre, this week’s parsha is וַיִּקְרָא (Vayikra). This book of the Torah was called The Book of Cohanim by the Sages because it is very centered around the avodah of the priests in the Mishkan or Beit HaMikdash. I found in the parsha an interesting passage that talks about when the entire congregation makes a mistake and the matter is hidden from them. Given that we are all sitting at home and can’t see the enemy in the war raging around us, I connected with this passage.
